User Responsibilities

Partner Garages

• All services are performed by independent partner garages
• Service quality, repair duration, and outcomes depend on the garage
• Go Clutch acts only as a service intermediary

Pricing & Estimates

• Service prices are estimates and may change after inspection
• Final billing is based on actual work approved by the customer
• Go Clutch earns a service facilitation fee from partner garages

Limitation of Liability

• Mechanical failures post-service
• Delays caused by garages or external factors
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Termination

Go Clutch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
