Cancellation Policy – Go Clutch
Customers may cancel a service booking subject to the following conditions:
Before Service Pickup
- Cancellation is allowed free of charge
- Must be done before vehicle pickup or service initiation
After Pickup or Inspection
- Cancellation may attract inspection or logistics charges
- Charges depend on work already performed
Garage-Initiated Cancellation
If a service is cancelled due to garage unavailability or technical reasons, no charges will be applied.
