Refund Policy – Go Clutch

Refunds are processed as per the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds

  • Service not initiated
  • Service cancelled by Go Clutch or partner garage
  • Duplicate payment (if applicable)

Non-Eligible Refunds

  • Services already completed
  • Cancellation after service completion
  • Customer dissatisfaction after service completion (to be resolved with garage)

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
