Refund Policy – Go Clutch
Refunds are processed as per the following conditions:
Eligible Refunds
- Service not initiated
- Service cancelled by Go Clutch or partner garage
- Duplicate payment (if applicable)
Non-Eligible Refunds
- Services already completed
- Cancellation after service completion
- Customer dissatisfaction after service completion (to be resolved with garage)
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
